Nexly enables users to create and take part in public or private activities.
Nexly acts solely as a technical platform that intermediates between users and does not assume the role of event organiser.
The user who creates an activity is solely responsible for its content, organisation and execution.
8.1 Creating activities
Any registered user may create activities, provided that their account has not been restricted. When creating an activity, the user undertakes in particular to:
- provide only truthful information
- not provide misleading information
- not offer unlawful activities
- not endanger other participants
- comply with all applicable laws
8.2 Public and private activities
Nexly supports both public and private activities. For private activities, the creator alone decides which users may participate. There is no entitlement to participate.
8.3 Participant responsibility
Every participant acts on their own responsibility. In particular, each user is responsible for:
- travel to and from the activity
- their own safety
- their own health
- their own equipment
- their own insurance
- compliance with legal requirements
Nexly assumes no responsibility for these matters.
8.4 Cancellations and changes
Creators may modify or cancel their activities at any time. Nexly assumes no liability for:
- cancelled activities
- changes of date
- expenses incurred
- travel costs
- any other damages
8.5 Prohibited activities
In particular, no activities may be organised through Nexly that:
- violate applicable law
- promote violence
- are discriminatory
- spread extremist content
- focus on weapons or dangerous items
- concern illegal drugs
- involve gambling without a legal basis
- endanger people
Nexly may remove such activities at any time.
